currently has two locations in Dublin and one in Galway. The centres
are conveniently located on Wicklow Street, Dublin 2, Donnybrook,
Dublin 4 and Wood Quay, off Eyre Square, Galway. We plan to open a

Assisting the centre s? two directors (Stephen and Kevin) the
purpose of this role is to oversee the general office administration
of the two Dublin centres currently operating and the third centre
once it opens later this year.
We are looking for a person who is passionate about delivering a high
quality, effective service to our clients. It is vital to us that our
clients experience a warm and welcoming, confidential and professional
service when they contact us.
There is a large team of psychotherapists working across our Dublin
centres. The role of the Office Administrator is to facilitate the
smooth day-to-day running of the centres, answering phone and email
inquiries, booking appointments and communicating with the wider team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* To assist the directors to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of
the centres
* Organise and manage the front of house (Reception)
* Carry our general office duties, such as, answering phone and
email inquiries. Booking appointments for clients with suitable
therapists. Updating therapists? availability
* Supervising the cleaning staff in the centres
* Co-ordinating access to the centres for maintenance workers
* Co-ordinating deliveries
* Ensuring adequate stock of essential materials
* Communicating updates with the wider team of therapists
* Maintaining a record of current insurance policies for all
therapists
* Co-ordinating monthly returns and issuing associated invoices
(EAP/Contracts)
* Carry out other duties that may be assigned by the directors
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Knowledge of Psychology or Psychotherapy
* Experienced in dealing with client/customer inquiries
* Excellent office and administration skills such as:
* Word
* Excel
* Outlook
* Wordpress (website dashboard)
* Google Calendar
* Excellent interpersonal skills (phone, email, and face to face)
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Commitment to providing the highest level of customer experience
* Respect and dignity for others
* Able to manage relationships with a wide range of individuals
* Eligibility for Jobs Plus scheme is welcomed but not essential
THE POSITION: Fulltime **Apply on the website** hours per week.
Requirement to work outside normal office hours. Our centres are open
six days a week, Monday to Saturday. (8am to 9pm on Monday to Friday
and 9am to 6pm on Saturday).
THE PROBATION PERIOD: A probation period of six months will apply.
